First Serve Adults (Absolute Beginner) 1.0-2.0

First Serve Adults Program is designed for players who are just starting to play tennis. Using Tennis Canada’s Progressive tennis model, the program makes learning fun and helps new players achieve early success. With modified tennis equipment (balls, nets, etc.), players will master the basics and fundamentals while building the skills and confidence they need to step onto the court. This program will focus on rallying, serving, volleying and scoring in singles and doubles.

Adult Beginner 2.0 – 3.0

The Adult Beginner Program is designed for players who have been introduced to the tennis game but struggle with consistency in rallying and serving. These players can get the ball in play but prefer forehands over backhands. This program helps participants further develop their fundamentals and build the confidence needed to play games and matches. Players will focus on starting points with consistent serves, improving their ability to receive serves and groundstrokes of varying heights and directions, and learning to receive volleys in singles and doubles.

Adult Intermediate 3.0+
The Adult Intermediate Program is designed for adults who can already rally consistently on their forehands and backhands and understand basic tactical strategies. The program is designed to elevate players’ games by refining their skills through a combination of dead-ball exercises for repetition and live-ball drills that simulate match conditions. Players will focus on starting points by directing the serve, maintaining consistent rallies and improving the reception of volleys in singles and doubles.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis offers a fun and energetic way to combine fitness with tennis. In this program, you will work on your endurance and improve your tennis skills through a mix of high-intensity tennis drills and fitness exercises. Set to lively music, the program keeps your heart rate up while allowing you to practice key tennis shots. You will hit plenty of tennis balls and get a great workout while having fun. This program is designed for players of all fitness levels and skill abilities.

Queens Of The Court – Beginner
The Queens of the Court Beginner Program is designed for WOMEN who have been introduced to the tennis game but struggle with consistency in rallying and serving. These players can get the ball in play but prefer forehands over backhands. This program helps participants further develop their fundamentals and build the confidence needed to play games and matches. Players will focus on starting points with consistent serves, improving their ability to receive serves and groundstrokes of varying heights and directions, and learning to receive volleys in singles and doubles.

Queens Of The Court – Intermediate
The Queens of the Court Intermediate is designed for WOMEN who can already rally consistently on their forehands and backhands and understand basic tactical strategies. Feeding Frenzy with Alistair Bath

Taking place on Mondays and Fridays from 12:00pm-1:00pm, these drop in sessions are a great work out and adapted to all skill levels. Multiple Feeding Frenzy sessions available on weekend mornings as well.

Program Refund Policy

Program registration is non-refundable within 30 days of the program start date. Within 30 days of program start, a credit will be applied to the account in the case of program withdrawal. Once the program has started, credit or refund will only be given for a documented medical reason.
